This scientifically designed style fo yoga guided by a specific dialogue pumps the mind, body and spirit via a 90 min session in a 41 degree Celsius heated studio.

In March 2008, Dubai International Capital (DIC) acquired a minority stake in the True Group. The partnership marked a milestone for the Group as DIC’s first private equity investment in Asia to enable further growth of the group’s operations and expansion of the brand internationally into new markets like the Middle East.

Currently, with the True Group’s presence in five countries, namely India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, spanning over 30 centres and more than 700,000 square feet of space, the Group is aiming to grow to 100 centres in the next 5 years across new territories, establishing the True Group as a truly global wellness brand.
